Who else can relate? As a (significantly) larger than average rider, I find it very difficult to focus on the things my body can accomplish when I ride, rather than how it looks. I’m conscious about my weight and my horse’s health and safety, and even more self-conscious about what other people are thinking or saying - it’s one of the reasons I post very few pictures or videos of me riding. I hadn’t thought of this particularly as a women’s issue before.
