Dear Patients, ***COVID 19 Update in Patient Care and Office Schedule as of April 6, 2020*** As mandated by our regulatory bodies and the Government of Alberta, optometrists in Alberta are no longer providing routine eye care. As such, our office has been closed since March 18, 2020. ... At this time we are providing the following services: 1) Urgent and emergent eye care. If this is an eye emergency please contact Dr. Eve directly at 780-264-6617 and she will triage your case by phone. If this is not an emergency please leave a message at 780-849-4410 or by email at [email protected]. 2) Contact lens orders. In many cases contact lenses can be shipped directly to your home or can be picked-up from our office using our contact-less pick-up service. 3) New and replacement glasses for patients who are unable to wait until regular care resumes. 4) Glasses pick-ups for our patient who have already ordered glasses. We ask that you call our office at 780-849-4410 and/or email at [email protected] and we will assist you. We thank-you for your understanding during this time and look forward to seeing you in person when routine care resumes. Stay safe and healthy, Dr. Eve Niedergesaess
