I hope everyone is keeping active! There is no end of research to show that physical activity not only helps with physical health, but also significantly helps with mental health. As we are all feeling the strain of isolating ourselves, it is important to remember that some physical activity can improve your mood! This is me after completing my 5k run on Sunday. Due to the pandemic, this event was cancelled. However, I did it anyways!!
