Hey folks! It's Pearl here ~ the person behind Drift. I have been quiet over here. I feel like I have so much to say but all of my sentences want to talk over each other. I am enjoying this beautiful sunshine today, sitting in the shop although it will remain closed at this time (open by appointment- dm to set a time), I just wanted to be here to organize my thoughts. I feel incredibly lucky that I live in a place in Canada that I can enjoy the outdoors at this time with ...no worries about coming into contact with other people. I am worried though, about the people and small businesses in our little communities here in Nova Scotia. A lot of us have already been struggling through the quiet Winter months and we depend on these nicer days. But it is more important to try to manage the spread of this virus and to keep our loved ones safe. I am working on my website and in the meantime I will start posting more discount items on our sister page @drift_bazaar on Instagram and you can always dm me if you see anything on either page that you are interested in and I can give you more details.
