Another tasty pairing by @yvr_foodguy time to move on from Turkey and enjoy tasty udon paired with our Gewürztraminer. Repost @yvr_foodguy Here is my inspired pairing with the @drinksqueezed gewurztraminer. Spicy pork & charred Bok Choy with udon noodles!... This meal comes together in 20 minutes and I like to dial up the heat with sriracha, pepper flakes and chili oil. The heat is balanced nicely with the sweetness of the wine. I happen to have a leftover soy marinated egg to add to the bowl. Super tasty, super quick and super satisfying! See more
