Yesterday, Drive for the Cure committed a generous $100,000 to Langley Memorial Hospital towards the endoscopy suite - an area of care that provides vital diagn...ostic and treatment services. Drive for the Cure has been a Foundation donor since 2006. Thank you for your incredible ongoing support. 16 years and counting! Doctor Cowie, surgeon at Langley Memorial, along with two registered nurses, were present to receive the cheque. "Knowing that the heath care system is working for you can make a huge difference, says Dr. Cowie. "Our patients need to know we're doing everything we can." 2018 was a great year for us at the Drive for the Cure, we just completed our final payment on a $100,000.00 committment to Maple Ridge Hosiptal to name an Operating Room after the late Robert Shantz. I get the honor year after year to be the chairman of the Drive for the Cure Foundation, just wanted to say thanks to all the people that make our Foundation so successfull. We look forward to our next committment to Maple Ridge Hosiptal in early 2019, so stay tuned... Thanks again and Merry Christmas everyone

Well 2018 was a great year for all of us at Drive for the Cure. We donated $39,000 for a highly specialized multi head scope for Royal Columbian Hospital - this will allow the Doctors to review cancer cells from all over the province without the patient needing to travel to RCH
