This Saturday I said NO to pizza (2nd time) even though I had calories left and there was PLENTY of it left after the family ate. Pizza has been my weakness in the past but man it sure feels good to be able to say "No thanks, not today"... . I already had my food planned for the day so I walked over to the kitchen, opened two cans of tuna, threw some mayo in it and ate it like a champ lol . Its not about depriving yourself (I ate an entire stuffed crust pizza on Monday FFS l...ol)... . its about prioritizing what I want long term vs what I want right now! . Its about being in control of myself. I call the shots, not my cravings or my circumstances. The next day (Sunday) I planned for it, went to the grocery store, and ate an entire home made pizza (spinach crust thats delicious and only 680 cals for the whole thing). . I love food, I fucking love it. But on MY terms. I decide when and how. . If you are ready for that kind of FREEDOM. DM me the word "FREEDOM" . Are you working out or are you training? Whats the difference? Working out could literally be anything... Just get in there, do whatever you feel like that day, sweat (feel the burn lol) and repeat.... Training means theres a bit more thought behind it, theres a strategy to what you do, when you do it and how you do it. In this workout I show you the sequence I used to train my chest and shoulders yesterday. It starts with a compound movement so it hits chest, shoulders and triceps (3 muscle groups), then as we move through the accessory work (complementary exercises) we narrow it down to 2 muscle groups and then we finish off with just hitting 1 muscle group at the end. 1. Dynamic warm up (to avoid injury) (10 minutes) 2. Warm up sets. Incline Bench press (3 sets 20 reps) 3. Working sets. Incline bench press (4 sets 12 reps) 4. Accessory work. Shoulder press (4 sets 15 reps) 5. Accessory work. Bosu Mt. Climbers (3 sets 30 secs) 6. Finisher. Shrugs (3 sets, 12 reps) I know its Sunday BUT... who is working out today? You resting today? Non fasted Non cardio LOL Walking has been like a secret weapon for losing fat and getting to sub 10% body fat effortlessly. . Although I enjoy running, I rather run because I love to and not because I feel I might have to to get lean. ....
