A Friday afternoon news dump? Is ICBC trying to make sure you didn't notice? ICBC just announced they're ENDING their lackluster COVID-19 measures for drivers. While other insurers were giving rebates to drivers of up to $280, ICBC waived a $30 cancellation fee. Insurers in other provinces are still returning money to drivers....
