Update: Safe Chiropractic Services Are Back! Thanks to the progress we have made in Ontario, chiropractic services are back with some small changes. Although we have been closed for general practice since March 17th, we have continued with emergency and urgent care treatments while maintaining a safe environment for our patients in need. ... Those of you who have been patiently waiting can now book your appointments for our safe reopening which begins Tuesday June 9, 2020. The experience we have gained in the past two and a half months of working under these new conditions have given us the confidence that you can now book your appointments. If you would like to schedule an appointment, please call 289-260-5839. If you had an appointment cancelled due to the state of emergency, we will contact you in the coming days. New clinic hours for Dr. Kelly Burchall: Monday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm Tuesday 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm Wednesday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm Thursday 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm Friday 9:00 am to 1:00 pm New Easy to Follow Safety Procedures 1) Potential patients will be screened by phone for a history of travel and symptoms of COVID-19. If there is a concern, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment. 2) We are closing our waiting room to help with physical distancing. You must wait until your scheduled appointment time before entering the building. 3) All patients are required to wash their hands upon arrival. 4) All patients are required to wear a face mask during their appointment. Great News! The Ministry of Health recently announced that, after approximately 2.5 months in which health professionals were limited to providing urgent/emergency and telehealth services only to patients, it has amended Directive #2 to allow for all deferred and non-essential and elective services to be carried out by Health Care Providers!
