I've heard a couple of times now from patients that others have told them not to run anymore as it damages their knees. I honestly don't know where this initially came from. Yes, it's true that if you already have a knee injury, and that running bothers it, you "probably" shouldn't go running. BUT, that doesn't mean everyone should stop! Running is a wonderful thing that most of us are capable of, and we need to start doing it more often.
