Well, after a 2 year sabbatical, the pandemic has prompted me to once again throw my clinical hat into the ring and try to help given the mounting pressure on everyone's mental health! Although I am now retired as a psychologist and thus no longer doing therapy, I am happy to make myself available for online counselling and education sessions to help develop stress management and coping strategies. Given the financial pressure we are all under, I am happy to consider a flexib...le fee schedule to meet your individual needs and can also provide a complimentary 30 minute "meet and greet session".
