Want to maintain a healthy posture and have a comfortable work space? Minimize neck, back and wrist stress, and avoid repetitive strain injuries with these tips: 1. Feet should be flat on the floor (use a footrest, if necessary). 2. Keep elbows bent (90 to 110 degrees) and forearms parallel to the ground. 3. Keep your wrists in a straight, neutral position.... 4. Place monitor directly in front of you (about an arm’s length). 5. The top of the screen should be at eye level (or slightly below). 6. Avoid reaching keep all objects close to your body. 7. Change your posture regularly! Remember SIT BACK, KEEP EVERYTHING CLOSE, and GET UP AND MOVE!
