We Are Coming Back! We are absolutely excited to announce that chiropractors (along with other health-care practitioners) are able to re-open their offices! Our plan is to re-open Monday June 8th. At this time, we are preparing the office so that you feel comfortable when you return for your visits. ... We will be contacting you very soon to set-up your appointments via email/phone and informing you of the new protocols that are being implemented. We’ve missed you all and are so excited to see you again!!!
So excited to be back tomorrow! So excited to be back tomorrow!
Subject: May 15th Update & My Fav Back Strengthening Exercises Hi folks, On Thursday, Doug Ford announced stage 1 of Ontario re-opening. We don’t know where we and other health professionals (such as dentists and physiotherapists) stand at this point. It is possible however, that we will be allowed to open at stage 2 or 3. I will update you when such an announcement happens. When we are permitted to re-open, clinic procedures will be modified to maintain safety during this t...ime. I will keep you posted on the latest developments. Also, don’t forget to keep moving! Movement is life! Go for that walk. Do some home exercises. Whatever it is, you have to get moving! As always, please let me know how you are doing. Some of you are doing great. I appreciate your shares of your blessings, activities and talents! For those that have not been well, please let me know. I’m here for you. Blessings, Dr. Mark

Happy Mother’s Day to all of you Super Amazing Moms out there!
Subject: One Simple Exercise For Your Low Back and My Quick Share. Hi folks, It’s me checking in again! I hope all of you are well. Please let me know if you are not. If there’s any help I could provide, I’m here. ... Here’s my video on a great exercise you can do to help prevent low-back pain. It’s been a long seven/eight weeks now. I’d like to pretend it was easy and that all is good but it’s been tough. I know all of you can relate in some way. At the same time, there are many blessings that this time has provided. I’ve spent more time with my daughter than I have since she started school and I am cherishing it. I have been able to increase my level of health by working out everyday. Also, I’ve been able to check off many tasks on my long honey do-list. What things can you think of that have been a blessing? Please let me know. I’d love to hear it. It’s been a roller coaster of a ride. This week has been the battlefield of the mind. I contemplated not doing a video this week and not sharing with you how I’ve been feeling. I’ve had so many negative things running through my head. But one thing I’ve been reminded through this is that action cures fear. We all feel fear. Do not be paralyzed by fear. Keep doing what you can do. Focus on your purpose and priorities and don’t forget to count those blessings. We will get through this and be even stronger after it! It’s an honour being on this journey with you. Blessings, Dr. Mark

Subject: How To Avoid Neck Pain! Hi everyone! I’ll be quick. I continue to wish all of you good health during this time. ... This week’s health tips are a follow-up on the neck stretches video I sent a couple of weeks ago. The video will talk about some helpful tips on avoiding neck pain especially with using your phone, tablet or laptop. One thing I want to add to the video is a reminder to get up and move every half hour when sitting for prolonged periods. Static posture is what creates a lot of our problems. Do some stretches (especially the ones I gave you :)) and walk around the house. It’ll help for sure! That’s it for now! And of course, feel free to let me know how you are doing! I miss all of you! Yours in health, Dr. Mark
Subject: Back & Lower Body Stretches Hi everyone, I hope and pray that all of you are well. It’s hard to believe it’s been just over a month since we had to temporarily close. Please continue to look after yourselves physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. If you are having a hard time with any of these areas, feel free to email or message me. I’m here to help.... Also, let me know any positive things that you are doing or breakthroughs during this time. I’d love to hear about it. Yours in health always, Dr. Mark
