We are open during the "Modified Red Level" restrictions. When arriving for your appointment please call Novalee from the parking lot and she will instruct you when to enter the clinic. 902-892-2225 Please ensure that you have answered the emailed COVID-19 questionnaire (Novalee can also complete this over the phone prior to you entering the clinic).... If possible, only the patient should enter the building (exceptions: children, anyone who needs support, etc). We are in this together! We take your health and safety seriously and will be continuing enhanced cleaning and safety protocols. We look forward to seeing you! Here is the link to the possible exposure site list from the government of PEI: https://www.princeedwardisland.ca//potential-covid-19-expo

With snow in the forecast take a moment to review these tips from the Canadian Chiropractic Association! If the forecast is correct, the snow will be heavy. Take your time. Don’t twist. Only put a LITTLE snow in your shovel. ... Bend with your knees and keep your back neutral (stick your butt out). Do you remember us talking about the abdominal brace? Now is the time to use that too (tightening your abs/core as though someone was going to punch your stomach). Better yet, hire someone with a snowblower! https://chiropractic.ca/resources/shoveling/
