Vision and posture. May is vision heath month and this year we are focusing on computer vision syndrome since so many people are working remotely at the computer. Vision and posture is a part of that because vision determines posture. Meet Mr. Presbyopia. Like most people who get presbyopia, he is in his early 40's, though his stressful job makes him look older. He went to his optometrist when he discovered he had trouble reading and was experiencing eye strain and headaches. His presbyopia has been corrected with multi-focal contact lenses that he wears to the office. But at home, he prefers his more comfortable frames fitted with progressive lenses.
