My passion for dentistry began when I was only seven years old. I was living in subsidized housing and woke up with a toothache. My trip that day to the dentist, changed my life. My father found out it would cost less to have the tooth extracted than to be filled, so he decided on the extraction. After a long conversation with my dentist, he decided he would charge the lower fee of the extraction but instead actually fix my tooth. That day I decided I wanted to make people feel like this man made me feel to feel special! I also wanted to help others and more importantly to become a dentist. Every smile has a story.
