Another year, working with the Royal College for the National Dental Specialty Examination. This is many hours of work with a group of prosthodontist colleagues. It is also very rewarding to contribute to my specialty as an examiner.

We had a great year in our Treatment Options in Prosthodontics (TOP) studyclub in 2017-2018 season. Many treatment plan were discussed and many dental procedures incluidng implant planning and surgeries and complex restorations were performed. We celebrated the end of this season in the beautiful "Seasons in the Park" retaurnant last night. Cheers to everyone who attended and a few other members who couldn't make it due to their personal committments. See you all next year!!

27 year old good looking guy who have been suffering from a congenital developmental deficiency with multiple missing teeth and underdeveloped skeletal support. He had been treated for his jaw discomfort (TMD) by a TMD clinic for well over 2 years with this plastic device without any long term restorative treatment plan!!! Before and after photos of temporary restorations (done in 3 appointments and a total a of 6 hours from diagnostic records). He is so excited that he can... have "normal people's teeth". Diagnostic records: Trios 3Shape IOS Digital design: 3Shape studio 3D printed models and vaccuforms Interim restorations: chairside (Structure II) Next steps: Periodontal crown lengthening, Elective endo, Core buildup, Finalizing esthetics in a new set of temporaries, Final fixed restorations, transitional RPD, Sinus graft + Ridge augmentation, Implant restorations to replace RPD, occlusal device, follow ups and maintenance.

Today I presented at Pacific Dental Conference, as part of the Dental Specialists Society of BC series. We had a great turn out and got a lot of positive feedback.
