This young woman never went to a beach. She was too self conscious about her breast asymmetry. Almost every patient I see for breast surgery has some degree of asymmetry. It’s normal. For this patient I used an implant on her right breast and did a lift and reduction on her left. Is she happy? Just take a look at her tan lines.

This surgery is called an Abdominoplasty, also known as a Tummy Tuck. Pregnancies, weight fluctuations and aging can drastically impact the appearance of the midsection. With this patient, I repaired the looseness of the abdominal muscles with internal sutures which also helped to cinch the waist line. This patient is absolutely thrilled with her results.
