How do you make yourself sick: People don't breathe properly through their nose. Their breath is short, shallow through the mouth. mouth-breathers may not be getting all the oxygen they need, which can lead to fatigue and,in some situations may cause stress to the heart and lungs. In terms of dental health, breathing through the mouth can dry the oral cavity and lead to bad breath, gum disease and tooth decay. Children who mouth-breath can develop physical deformities and have poor outcomes in terms of behavior and health. They may develop a smaller chin, have slower growth and give poor school performance due to fatigue and inattention. bad habits: smoking, drug addiction poor diet, sedentary lifestyle, not physically fit, responding to stimuli as in the stress response, negative emotions and thoughts, poor environmental hygiene at home or work, poor personal hygiene, Poor posture: Sitting cross legged for long periods rotates the pelvis, puts the spine out of alignment, causing back pain and muscle stiffness. Crossing legs above the knee causes blood pressure to increase temporarily. chronic exposure to abusive people at home, work or social circles. repeated traumatic experience causes depression Sometimes there is no cognitive memory or awareness of childhood trauma. However, this experience can cause health/behavior problems in adult life. How can you heal yourself: Quit smoking, Quit consuming alcohol. Consume red wild Salmon oil, One A Day multivitamin, Exercise regularly to achieve cardio vascular fitness, practice yoga for stress relief and mental well being, Yoga promotes proper breathing, help body achieve perfect alignment, Kills stress, defeats depression, cures drug addiction. calm your mind. Remain emotionally calm despite troubling stimuli. Exercise and expand your mind. Listen to motivational speakers. Read enlightening books and watch similar educational videos. Avoid negative people.
