We've been busy since re-opening and we're enjoying seeing the familiar faces of our patients! Being in lockdown was hard - with the lack of routine, eating more comfort foods high in carbohydrates and sugar (we're guilty of this too! ) and overdue cleaning appointments - our dental hygienists have noticed an increase in cavities and gingivitis in our patients.
