My kids liked Wow butter and jam sandwiches for school so when Wow butter went on sale, I stocked up. Of course, almost immediately, they decided they didn’t like Wow butter anymore. I had a few jars of it and it was going to expire so on the weekend I made these #wowbutter snack balls. It’s a simple recipe with wow butter, oats, maple syrup, cinnamon and vanilla. I also added flaxseeds. You could really use any nur or seed butter and I think they would turn out equally yummy.
