Think about the bottom portion of your presses and squats, and with rows, when the hands are closest to your torso. If the weight is moving faster on the way down, than it is on the concentric (lifting portion), there’s a big problem in your technique and execution. You control the weight/load, don’t let it control you.
If tissue adaptation is your goal, realize that becoming stronger is a byproduct of you providing an effective stimulus over time.
