The goal of this research study was to make this program more inclusive for all children. The success of this program has inspired me to teach you, parents, teachers, social workers or anyone who wants to develop their social emotional learning skills through online Live courses. Happy Friday everyone! A little info on why SEL is so important, to send you off into the weekend! SEL is helpful to both children and adults, increasing self-awareness, academic achievement, and positive behaviours both in and out of the classroom. From an academic standpoint, students who participated in SEL programs saw an 11 percentile increase in their overall grades and better attendance.
