These little white sores in the mouth are aphthous ulcers and although they can be quite painful they are not serious . An aphthous ulcer is typically a recurrent round or oval sore or ulcer inside the mouth on an area where the skin is not tightly bound to the underlying bone, such as on the inside of the lips and cheeks or underneath the tongue. Keep away from acidic foods, toothpaste with mouthwash and tartar fighting agents. Since with warm salt water to help heal the area. #simonsayssmile
