Motivation Monday... Im sharing from my personal experience for today's post. The last 6 weeks I have been part of a #2015transformationchallenge that has taught me how to change my nutrition and exercise to maximize my results. In 6 weeks I have lost 15pounds and 2% body fat, I feel amazing, I am stronger, I have more energy and have cut the cravings! Keeping up the hard work and positive energy is half the battle. If I can accomplish this in 6 weeks think of what you can do for yourself in that time! I challenge you to go above and beyond and make a positive change in your life today!
