Happy Fall! Just a note to say that I am going on holiday and there will be a few temporary changes to office hours: The office will be closed Monday October 01 - Friday October 05, 2018.... Thanksgiving week the office will be open: Tuesday October 09 8am-12pm Wednesday October 10 10am-6pm Thursday October 11 8am-12pm (note the office will be closed Monday October 08 and Friday October 12) I am in the office regular hours this week: Monday 2:30pm-6:00pm Tuesday 8am-12:00pm Wednesday 10am-6:00pm Friday 8am-12:00pm Regular office hours will resume on Monday October 15 at 2:30pm.
Happy Summer!! I am on holidays until July 29th, soaking up Ontario cottage life with family. See you back at the office the week of July 30th!
Apparently May is Posture Month. While it seems like there is a day/week/month for everything, I don't disagree with the idea that good (strong) posture is important to overall health and well-being. There are lots of ways to improve posture starting with alignment through chiropractic adjustments and including simple exercises for strength and balance.

For all you runners out there who want to hear that running is not bad for your knees... Granted, this is a very small sample and studies can say anything you want them to, but that's not the point. The point is, running itself isn't bad for your knees - just keep in mind that running on uncorrected bad mechanics or injuries can be.
