It's common to receive questions from women about the many products and devices that are pandered to them online and in magazines. One of these includes "detoxifying" foot baths and food pads. . Do they feel nice? Sure. Warm water feels nice. ... . Is there any evidence that these work? Nope. None I've ever come across. . In fact, a team of researchers that included naturopathic doctors @dr.deborahkennedynd and @seelyoicc debunked this. When they looked into the use of a popular ionic foot bath that claimed to aid in "detoxification", they found no evidence to support the claims.
