Attention all race participants! This is the final weekend for the Drug Free Dash. Be sure to complete the race and upload your results by the end of October 4th. Happy running or walking!

Just finished the 5K Walk for Drug Free Dash! The results are pouring in...who's next?!

Your health and safety are important to us. The Drug Free Dash has been extended until October 4, 2020, due to the West Coast wildfires. This is to allow more time for the air quality to improve. Please check your local air quality advisories before going out for your walk or run.

Congratulations to our first 10K Run finisher -- check out that timing! Good luck to all participants!

One of the best feelings in the world is watching the people you love hit their goals. We know that this year has started off oddly.. to say the least. We are going to come out of this. Now is the perfect time to set new goals, targets and get a 'buddy' to support you! Tag your accountability buddy below..

Warm Up? We've got you covered.. Pre Race all runners have the option to warm up with our lovely Personal Trainer. This is a family friendly warm up, so make sure to bring the kiddos with you. What is your favourite song to run to? Let us know below..

At Drug Free Dash we are running with a purpose, and we know many of you are running with the same one.. we envision a world without drugs. A world where children grow up healthy, and without addiction. You can run in honour of a sibling, parent, child etc.. or the world as a whole. Let us know who, and Double Tap if you’re IN.
