Had a great afternoon last Sunday with the participants at the Pulse! Forest Rhythms workshop. We enjoyed a guided meditation in the forest with our guest collaborator Andrea Prazmowski, and Kathy Armstrong led everyone in a percussion soundscape. Gorgeous setting at the Gaia Wellness Retreat. We'll be back!
