At Shoppers Drug Mart getting my Flu shot! Believe it or not, in BC I was one of the first NDs that took the provincial immunization certification allowing me to access and give immunizations to patients. While I don’t always get the flu shot, this year with COVID19, and with me working in 2 different clinics seeing patients, I need to do everything I can to keep myself healthy. I am concurrently taking a supplemental regime of Vit D3/K2, Vit C, Zinc and N-Acetyl cysteine to keep my immune system strong.
