It is symbiotic, reciprocal, and so beautiful! I can see the class lists forming for the Winter 2021 Rhythm and Roots classes. For the Women already signed up, you’re in for an incredible six-week adventure. The classes are filling with extraordinary Women and we are going to be surrounded by such goodness and laughter AND dancing. I am so excited!! 2021 is going to knit our tired hearts together in new ways and it will start with being in Loving community! I just know it. ...and there will be so much laughing and good music. This is sweet...BUT, reading it made me cringe a little, especially as we deal with the ongoing changes in our routines due to Covid. Sometimes a Momma needs a nap, or time to rest completely undisturbed. I took three naps yesterday, sat in the sun for 45 minutes with my eyes closed, and *still* my body needed a full 8hr sleep last night. Rest if you need to. ... There will be time enough, I promise. We are better together! I am so excited to be a guest Instructor and join forces with the amazing homegrown super studio, Saskatoon Salsa Dance Co. Registrations go live TOMORROW (Thursday) for the premier of my new Women's dance-based fitness class, "Rhythm and Roots!"... Due to Covid restrictions the in-person spots are extremely limited but we have lots of room for online dancers! We are going into 2021 full steam ahead and we will make the absolute best of what are given! Covid cannot stop the dance life... If you have any questions, comment here or DM me!
