What is the main root cause of most dry fires? For most people they'll say "lint built up inside the ventline. True, though not 100 accurate. In most cases it's something else cause lint to back up. In this case it's an improper exterior vent cap causing lint to build up in the venting, machine and lint tray. A FIRE waiting to happen!. What we see more often are air flow restrictions usually caused by improper installations. Having a professional inspection and diagnostic completed on your dryer and dryer venting can prevent dryer fires. Dryer fires are preventable.

It's the "site unseen" that can cause the greatest health and safety issues. Last week our crew complete a set of condo community attic inspection. These are just a couple pictures of the multiple problems we discovered and inturn fixed. Everything from venting disconnections, to broken or faulty venting installation. We inspected everything from bathroom exhaust, to dryer and stove top exhaust. It's satifiying work to know we're making a difference to better people's health and safety.
