The Important Role of the Chin This lady in her fifties was unhappy with the contour of her face. She desired a slimmer face, or in other words, she desired to change the predominantly square contour to an oval contour. First, filler was done to the cheek and eye area to improve sagginess. While sagginess and tightness of the cheeks have improved, facial contour was still not oval enough. Another issue was the small, short, retruded chin. The dimension of the chin was out of ...proportion to the rest of the face. The next step we took was filler injection to the chin and jawline.
