Dryland Training 17.02.2021

It has been a while since we posted an at home workout. Here is one for hockey players for hips, legs, and calf muscles. Using Resistance bands, fast movement on Body weight to make the body work. This workout was done during the Leafs vs Canadiens game on Saturday night.

Great way to work out. Snowed all day! About a foot and half of snow. Snow banks are nice and high! About a 15 ft drop when you get dumped over the bank and down the hill

A couple of nights in the minus temp has really helped to battle the warm weather this year. The shooting rink is ready to go, some rough spots need to be worked out. It is time to PLAY and have FUN!
