Hard to believe we are here already but its true!! Sandy and I would like to thank all of our customers and staff for an amazing first five years. It has been a stressful and rewarding experience and we look forward to many more years of serving you.

Good Morning everyone. As we adjust again to the new changes in our retail reality, we are looking at what we are going to be doing going forward. Yes, we are deemed essential under vehicle repair and can be open but most vehicle repairs are done outside of the passenger compartment where as we are working inside the passenger space interacting with most of the surfaces touched by the owners. This puts us at an increased risk similar to the risks that we previously stopped th...e detailing end of our business for. We also run the risk that should we become infected we would be passing it on through contact with the interiors of following vehicles. For these reasons, we are looking at a major restrictions in what we are going to be working on this week and we will be closed from Good Friday (April 10th) and will re-open on Monday April 20th at which time we will revisit the current situation and make decisions then. This is time we had previously set aside for time off, we are not sick and not showing any symptoms. Should we become sick or start showing symptoms we will automatically close for 2 weeks from onset. No exceptions. The New Restrictions are as follows 1) The retail area of the shop is closed to all customer traffic and payment arrangements can be discussed prior to the appointment. Key drop off at the shop will be in the Black Mail Box to the right of the main entrance. 2) The shop is closed to all non essential repairs, meaning if your vehicle is not used for essential services we will not be booking any repairs at all no exceptions until at minimum April 21st and that will be pushed back if the situation warrants. The shop cell (1-807-220-5910) will be on for emergency and essential services to contact us. The shop phone 1-807-223-6861 will have the answering machine on to take messages and of course the Facebook message system will be up as well. That all said we will honor any current appointments on the books but will not be adding any new appointments until after we return and revisit the current situation. Here at D&S Auto Glass as well as many other places all around us, we are trying to balance the need for Customer and Employee safety against Customer Service in this uncertain time. Effective today, we will not be doing any detailing of personal or commercial vehicles for a min of 30 days. We will be suspending courtesy shuttle services and are asking that if you are feeling unwell to please reschedule. We want everyone to know that we appreciate your business and are wantin...g to do our part in "flattening the curve" while still providing service. Our mobile service to Red Lake, Ear Falls and Sioux Lookout is still in effect but may change with little to no notice as we must abide by the policies of our working partners. We are closed Friday and Monday of this long weekend! Have a great Canada Day everyone!

Just a quick update to let everyone know that we will be closed June 3rd to June 7th for a small holiday! We are very appreciative of our loyal and valued customers and look forward to hearring from everyone again on the 10th. Have a wonderful and safe week! David and Sandy and Crew.

We will be closed on Friday May 17th and Monday May 20th for an extra long weekend. We hope everyone has a safe and fun time away!

Just a quick little note about this Thursday Dec 20th. The Shop will be closed for the day in Dryden as we all will be traveling to Red Lake for the day. We have 8 windshields 3 stone chips and a back window to do as of this point. We will be business as usual Friday and will be open Saturday for Gift certificates sales only for any last minute gifts people may need and then we are closed for the season and will see you Wed Jan 2nd 2019.... Happy Holidays Everybody!!!!! We are looking forward to spending the Holidays with Friends and Family as well as getting in well deserved rest. We will be closed Monday December 24th.... We will reopen Wednesday Jan 2nd. We will have an on call Emergency service available but we will be limited to stock on hand. That said let's all have a safe and Merry Holiday Season even though we are all running around like mad people trying to get it all done.
