Can Multiple phones be used with smart start? Yes. Users can be added by downloading the app on another iPhone and entering the User Name and Password for the account. Once the app is installed on the new iPhone, you can access all cars already set up on the account.

Let’s face it; your vehicle can be pretty uncomfortable in extreme weather. In fact, getting into a frozen or overheated car can be downright painful. With remote start, you can start your car from the comfort of your home to make sure it is the right temperature before you get inside. The SmartStart remote start system provides virtually unlimited range so you can rest assured your remote start system is activated no matter how far away you are from your vehicle

Viper SmartStart is a clever solution that combines the functionality of your vehicle’s key fob with your cell phone. Now you can control your vehicle’s locks, security system, remote start system, and trunk release with your cell phone. Anyone who’s used a remote car starter before knows that range is critically important to maximizing the value of your remote starter and range doesn’t get any better than with a Viper SmartStart. Rating for our VIPER 5901 Its a really good alarm it was kind of hard to install but it was worth it. my car is manual so i didint connect the auto start but all the other features work very good. and the price was really cheap iv seen the same alarm at the store and it costs three times as much. The pros on this alarm is that you can install both a hood pin and the trunk pin and the range is very good also the two way remote is very cool and it has status report and temperature report and the battery lasts about a month. SO HERE ARE YOUR TOP THREE FOR 2011 OF MOST STOLEN VEHICLES #3 - 2000 Honda Civic SiR 2-door Used value: $6,500... Why so stolen? Another tuner favourite. The Civic SiR line has always been prized for its top-quality chassis and fun handling. Enthusiast will pay (relatively) big money for these. #2 - 1999 Honda Civic SiR 2-door Used value: $3,000 Why so stolen? It's quite similar to the '99 Acura Integra which came in at #10 on the list. Cars like this could be sold abroad for way over their original value, or they could have their VINs changed and sold here in Canada. Or, they could just be broken down for parts. #1 - 2009 Toyota Venza 4-door Used value: $28,000 Why so stolen? The Venza tops the list for the first time. This Toyota is a hot commodity on the new-car market, with demand outpacing supply. As a result, many buyers are looking to the used market, keeping prices quite high. Keep in mind if you're thinking about buying a Venza though, that insurance premiums will be high because it is #1 on this list. UNREAL is what we think here at Selective Sound so check out our website for deals on Alarms and Alarms/Starters Especially if you drive one of the Top Ten Listed...... protect your car and insurance rates!!! www.selectivesound.net

So just a little information for everyone as the New Year approaches this is the Top Ten list of most frequently stolen cars for 2011 in Canada so saddle up to be shocked: #10 - 1999 Acura Integra 2-door Used value: $4,500... Why so stolen? It's a favourite of tuners. The chassis has lots of potential for being lowered to the ground, and the motor can make big power. Parts are highly sought after, and the car is still rare used. #9 - 1998 Acura Integra 2-door Used value: $4,000 Why so stolen? Same as the previous slide. These cars are getting old, but they're still loved by tuners and enthusiasts who want to keep them running. Hence this strong market for original parts. #8 - 2001 Pontiac Aztek 4-door AWD Used value: $3,000 Why so stolen? Wow! Really? This one is surprising because it is widely considered one of the ugliest cars ever made. Who would want an old Aztek? Even ugly cars are loved by someone though, and since the company went out of business, parts might be in short supply. #7 - 2007 Ford F-350 pickup 4WD Used value: $20,000 - $30,000 Why so stolen? It's one of the most versatile and capable heavy-duty trucks out there. It came with a very stout 6.0-litre diesel engine, which made it practical as a tow vehicle, box truck, crew hauler, snow plough, or general utility truck. Even examples with nearly 200,000 kms go for $20,000. #6 - 2006 Chevrolet Trailblazer SS 4-door 4WD Used value: $18,000 Why so stolen? It was the first ever SUV to get Chevy's legendary Super Sport designation. The reason? A 6.0-litre LS2 V8 engine, 395 horsepower, and 400 lb-ft of torque. Straight from the factory it could run a quarter mile in about 14 seconds. It's desirable, and becoming collectible, but it's wrapped up in a practical SUV package #5 - 2002 Cadillac Escalade EXT 4-door AWD Used value: $14,000 Why so stolen? It's a rare beast this one. And, we admit, it's about the most distasteful vehicle we can think of. But, nobody said thieves are car connoisseurs. It's basically a tarted-up Chevrolet Avalanche with a gas-guzzling 6.0-litre V8. But, there must be a market for them - mostly among drug dealers, we imagine. #4 - 2006 Ford F-350 pickup 4WD Used value: $20,000 - $30,000 Why so stolen? Even though there are so many on the used market (because Ford sold so many in the first place) prices are still quite high. Like the 2007 model, the F-350 doesn't seem to depreciate that much because it's such a strong workhorse.
