Look both ways before you cross the street, and don’t talk to strangers. so it’s understandable that we grow up trying to minimize painful experiences. - In taking risks I’ve learned there is a chance I will be physically, financially, or emotionally hurt. I can easily avoid experiencing pain by never taking any risks, but in doing so, I miss out on all the possible rewards that risk-taking may bring. - As entrepreneurs and business owners, we might limit taking risks to avoid some kind of real or perceived pain. When I was starting out, my belief was stick to what works therefore I was reluctant to try new things in my business for fear of wasting money and time. - Looking back, I know that the most valuable lessons have come when I have put something on the line. The failed ventures, the time and money I’ve invested in education and self improvement have been repaid 100 times over and given me the confidence and knowledge to take on new ventures and challenges - to get me to a place where I can now create the kind of life I’ve always dreamed of living. - In the end we only regret the chances we didn’t take. What a year 2019 has been. Feels like the year flew by but when I look back at everything that happened it’s almost hard to believe that it all took place in one short year. From business ventures to personal relationships, from laughters to heartbreaks, I’m grateful for it all and wouldn’t change a single moment. I feel like 2019 was the year of preparation for an incredible new decade to come. I can truly say I’ve never been more confident in myself, my team, and my relat...ionships. 2020 will be my biggest year yet with many challenges. I’ve never been more ready and excited. . It’s not the act of giving that matters, it’s having a mindset of giving. Just a couple of months ago my team and I during our Monday morning meeting were brainstorming How can we give back to our community and make an impact within our industry ? The answer was crystal clear. We would raise the standards by hosting an event with the top leaders within our industry sharing their best practices and providing all of the attendees their own personal road map to success.... We overpromised and OVER delivered. Here is A quick recap of our workshop.
