Anyone looking for a nice upgrade on there 800 cats , 2012 and newer check this out... Made by Hi-tech Mechanical & Coatings Ron Ward. This kit replaces the stock motor mount bracket that is located on the front heat exchanger . As you can see In second picture ear broke off this one. Not much wonder customer was reporting belt heat issues . He got very lucky as it usually cracks exchanger as well . I like this up grade so mush I installed one on the race sled, took a lot of play out of the engine when torque was applied . Great day of racing at cape Smokey. Got the young fellow out for his first race thanks Rochelle awesome job to all people involved putting this race together Took three sleds down and came home with hardware with everyone of them . My 800 took home 1st in 800 ,900 and 1000 pro stock with the d&d powered twin... John Mcdonald took home 2 first with his 800 trail improver . Like to say thanks to Barts Race Way . Thanks Ian Barthe Dawn Barthe Raymond Duguay Jason Duguay and anyone else I am forgetting. It was a fun day thats for... sure . Hope you guys were able to take in enough money to pay for Insurance and replace broken sensors that were damaged . I look forward to what next year brings , great showing of sleds this year Prostock 800 was running great , not a lot of 800 there but it held its own The 600 Polaris trail stocker of Derrick N Grant we track dynoed made rounds all day pretty much finals in every class hats off to Matthew Tibbo for driving the hell out of it The 700 trail stock Fire cat of Coreys I put together for him was a weapon as well . It won 700,800 and draw in 1000 class also got a couple seconds in race stock class . Corey did awesome job driving all day. Which means we can measure up to 360 hp to the track which equates to 700 plus hp on motor . Some nice gains with the 600 Indy , clutching and gearing makes a big difference. 5 hp to the track. Let me say customer is pretty happy
