Did you know you can still easily help our school with fundraising over the summer???? 1. If you have any small, non-breakable household items or clothing you are getting rid of, please donate to the school bins in DTK's staff parking lot. 2. When you shop at Cobb's Granville, tell them you want to support DTK and a portion of your sale comes back to us!... 3. We also want to keep our community partnerships too!!! When you shop at the Lewis Estates Save-On or the Panago in the same plaza, tell the management you appreciate their generosity throughout the school year because without businesses like these who continually donate, our school would be asking parents for more monetary donations to keep our events going!!!!

A HUGE shout out to all of the parents and teachers who adapted to a crazy school year and saw it through to the end! A HUGE congratulations to the kids who have finished ANOTHER successful year of education! Good luck to all of our grade 9 grads who are headed to high school next year! ... It’s that time of year! We are making a Thank You video for all of the staff at DTK. They have overcome extraordinary circumstances this year and we want to let them know how we feel. THIS IS WHERE YOU COME IN If you’re able to participate, please take a short video (10-20 seconds) saying thank you and in either an interesting or uninteresting way. Here is what to keep in mind:... - Videos must be horizontal (phone held sideways) - Keep background noise minimal. talk loud if you’re at a distance or be close to the camera/phone - A general thank you is good but a specific thank you is GREAT! (Ex. For trying different ways to teach something until we got it) ect. -email video to [email protected] Why not do it tomorrow? Deadline is Monday May 18! Come one, come all to the DTK PARTY PARADE. On Thursday May 14th at 1:00pm, your favourite DTK staff will be driving through your neighbourhood for some fun. St...and on your driveway or walk to a safe sidewalk on the map provided and watch for the convoy. Have a look at the attached maps for the approximate times we will be in your neighborhood. Please practice physical distancing from your friends and neighbours. Make a sign, cheer, we want to hear you when we drive by! Looking forward to seeing you all!
