Door to Door Dining

Thanks to the WFIM, I had the pleasure to watch Chef John Placko tonight demonstrate and teach molecular cuisine, it was a great experience. The white chocolate snow was a light and fluffy powder that re- hydrates when it hits your tongue. It was served as the base for the carrot ice cream, it was so delicious
