Carlos!!! As some of you may know, Carlos’s last day as Bar Manager at the Dublin Crossing is this Saturday!! Carlos has been an indescribably important part of the Dublin Crossing team for the last 3 years and it would not be what it is today without him. We know so many of you share some amazing memories with him, he will be deeply missed. We wish him all the best in the future and know that this is definitely not a goodbye, but a see you soon

Earlier this week one of our wonderful regulars passed away. Terry had been a customer of the Dublin since day one. He was a loving man with whom the staff enjoyed sharing stories and laughing with over the years. We know so many of the Dublin staff (past and present) have cherished memories of Terry, and he will be thoroughly missed. Our condolences go out to his family and friends and his spirit will remain a part of the Dublin forever.

We are very excited to be able to offer dine in service as of tomorrow. While we can’t wait to see so many of our customers, we do ask that you respect and comply to our new policies and procedures that we were required to put into place to be able to open our business. We are all going to be learning this new way of restaurant service and we are all in this together! . . A few policies (but definitely not limited to) are the following:... If you are feeling unwell or any flu like symptoms, we ask that you do not enter our premises and go seek advice from your doctor. The same rule will apply to all of our staff. . As per the Provincial Health Organisation we are required to obtain contact details from one person for every group that enters our premises for reference in case of an outbreak. . Our Occupancy has been limited to 50% of our normal allowance which is: 150 people. . We are also abiding by Work Safe BC guidelines by not allowing groups of more than 6 at a table. Seats have been measured at 2 metres apart from other groups, so we ask that you please do not move any furniture during your stay. . Staff will be wearing masks when remaining 2 meters apart is not feasible during service. . We also wish to inform you that all surfaces will be sanitised at minimum hourly, to also tackle the spread of covid-19. . . In the beginning of this reopening phase we will not have Live Entertainment , the dance floor and the courtesy shuttle. We look forward to seeing you soon and be safe!
