Dubuc Eye Care Centre is temporarily closed The Ontario Ministry of Health and the College of Optometrists of Ontario has recommended that effective immediately all optometry offices suspend all non-urgent care for the next two weeks due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Dry eye syndrome is a chronic and typically progressive condition. Depending on its cause and severity, it may not be completely curable.
