If this ever happens to you, please be sure to call and book a follow up appointment within 7 days of leaving the hospital. "Let's Move!" is a free interactive 2 hour workshop designed to help you get moving. This workshop is for anyone who is new to exercise, has difficulty staying active, or needs to be exercising for health reasons. For more information, or to register, call 519-938-8802, ext. 314.
