Must have good leadership qualities and be able to work well with others and long hours at times pay dependant on qualifications Plow operator- part time position plowing commercial and residential generally get lots of hours but based on weather , some plowing experience and basic vehicle maintenance would be an asset. Must have clean drivers abstract Tractor operator- part time position running a tractor with snow bucket and snow blower, hours based on weather .tractor experience and basic maintenance would be an asset ability to work long hours is a must. Also must have a valid drivers licence and clean drivers abstract. Experience plowing snow is an asset and also the ability to work long hours and weekends if needed. Just received my new warranty package from lux home warranty and am pleased to say that we are now able to offer a 7 year warranty on renovations as well as the 7 year warranty we have always carried on new construction. Just a little extra peace of mind for our customers. Also we are now able to process credit and debit transactions for those who like to collect air miles
