I am pretty happy with the flavour from the touch of organic fertilizer in our custom mix. It is really important to have extra Calcium and Potassium to produce healthy fruit. Organic components in soil or fertilizer increases flavour in tomatoes and cucumbers by increasing sugar production. Our new terranzo and rapunzel tomatoes are super sweet. Our new cucumber plants are doing really well. The cross country cucumbers are starting to grow. Giving a little love to the vegetables produces good quality fruit.
