Sorry for the lack of content lately we have been working jard with a large real estate company as consultants as well as helping to improve and maintain there 1700 rental units and have had nothing we are able to show as our contract does not permit us to share images on social media. Rest assured we are still producing amazing renovations with top notch decor.

Tip for hiring the right people for you. 1. Make sure they are insured. Any legitimate business can provide you with an insurance form at the beginning of your project. 2. Ask for references. As long as your handyman has been in business for more than 1 year they should be able to provide you with a couple.... 3. Ask to see some of there work. Practically everyone has a smartphone so they should have photos. 4. Ask about material they use and suppliers. This is more important than you think. Your hiring people based on there experience but maybe you based the decision mostly on prices. Did you ever wonder why some people are so much less than the other guy. Well it's probably because they are using low grade material. 5. Ask and understand there work schedule. For example we start at 9 am and try to be out of the home before kids get home from school. This for some people is not optimal maybe you need someone open to working evenings. Remember to ask before you get woken up by loud tools or workers in your home when your showering and you forgot a towel . 6. Understand your quote. Now it's very important to talk to your contractor about the quote see if there are any hidden costs. Ask how they determine the cost of additional work outside the scope of the contract. Example once I start a job any suprise but necessary work is calculated on hourly wage plus material. Hope this helps anyone that reads this and happy renovations.
