Quality Hardwood Flooring & Stairs

Existing red oak hardwood floor refinishing. From a traditional red brown color to a modern white oak tone ,floor was left extremely unevenly sanded by the previous floor sanding company about two decades ago,This time we did a nice flat sanding with a lagler trio sanding machine combined with belt sander. See before and after pictures. Dura seal stain was costum mixed by the home owner to defeat the red in red oak ,pallmann x96 matt finish x3.

Here is another beautiful transformation, from traditional style to a more modern look, with stylish square wood spindles and square columns. Check out the before and after pictures. Dura seal dark walnut / Benjamin Moore Chantilly lace.

Heart of the entrance got updated with red oak treads white risers and stringers. Notice the straight handrail on hallway upstairs, we replaced that with a curved handrail and nosing. Also added square newel posts and steel spindles to create a modern look.

Two tone stain matching on stairs from red oak to white oak . This type of a staining process takes twice the amount of time as the regular staining do ,but the end results was worth it.
