This #meetourteammonday, we welcome Steve Pym into his role as Technical Sales Representative - Retain-A-Rock for Design Concrete Inc. part of the Powell Noise Wall Group. Steve has extensive technical knowledge of this #retaining wall system coming from his experience working for a #construction positioning company (GPS grading controls, guidance, lasers), as well as from his previous roles with Design Concrete as a draftsman and project manager. Steve’s goals in his new role are to: represent DCS to the highest standard, assist the customers to be the most successful they can be, grow the Retain-A-Rock product brand, use his experience to help the company and employees grow, and to lead by example by being honest, straight forward and hardworking.
