October was an absolute whirlwind & I feel like I’m just now getting the chance to breathe. The market is difficult to navigate right now. Lofty bids, a scorchi...ng pace; it’s harder than ever to give good guidance on how to approach properties your clients are trying to buy. That said, I’m absolutely thrilled that in spite of the challenges of today, these 11 sets of buyers were gracious enough to trust me to help them through it this past month, and beyond. We saw their trials come to fruition around the same time, but for many it was a many months’ long journey & I’m super grateful for their patience & everlasting optimism.
