This April, the Metro East Inferno fundraising committee is organizing a 5km Fun Run Road Race to help raise funds so we can continue to attract more female players to the game of Hockey and ensure they develop to their fullest potential. This is our first Fun Run, but we hope to make this an annual event to finish off each season. Female hockey has been undergoing a major restructuring in Nova Scotia, and you are standing on the ground floor of something truly extraordinar...y. So come on out on April 15th and Let's get rid of the Winter Blues!!! There will be medals....and some great prizes but most importantly it is a great way to just get out and get moving whether you walk or run and support Female Hockey!!
